を和訳したものである。
ただし、その英語・HTML版にはタイプミスが散見されること、および文中に｢○ページ参照｣がしばしば現れるのにページ番号が付与されていないこと等から、この和訳版(日本語・HTML版)を作成するに際しては、原書の復刻版も参考にすることによって、ページ番号を示す(ただし、段落の切れ目でページ変更したため、原書復刻版のページ区切りと恒に正確に一致している訳ではない)等の便宜を図っている。
なお、この和訳作業は反ロスチャイルド同盟の活動の一環である。
